Fifty census-grounded personas conditioned with first-person backstories, answering survey questions as themselves. Built to test a simple question: can synthetic responses land close enough to real polling to be worth anything? Calibrated against published polls rather than trusted on faith.
Adobe Analytics debugger
A browser extension that decodes Adobe Analytics beacons in real time — surfacing the variables actually firing on a page instead of the ones the spec says should be. Built because validating enterprise tag implementations by hand does not scale.
Instrumentation audit for retail eCommerce
Command-line scanner that walks a set of key pages and reports what's actually there: load time, status codes, SSL, canonical tags, campaign tracking parameters on promo links, and whether the analytics tag fires at all. Produces a single report card rather than a thousand-row crawl nobody reads.
